Letivo PMS uses Stripe for rent collection with one-click Bacs Direct Debit setup on the tenant portal. Every payment is auto-reconciled to the correct tenancy and landlord ledger. Failed payments flag automatically and trigger arrears chasers on rules the agency defines. Landlord payouts happen automatically the moment rent clears via Stripe Connect Express — no manual splits, no Friday afternoon bank transfers.

All secrets are encrypted at rest with Fernet and every integration has one-click test / reinstall / disconnect.
